01What this site is
This site (arcanesys.fr) presents the NixFleet framework and its commercial wrap. It links to source repositories on GitHub, technical documentation, and a contact form for pilot inquiries. It is provided as informational material.
02Licensing of the software

Each repository's LICENSE file is the authoritative source. By using the
software, you accept the relevant licenses.
03Honest maturity disclosure
NixFleet is tested with 14 end-to-end fleet-harness scenarios and 72 Rust test files. The signed-artifact chain has been exercised on operator hardware. It is not yet certified for sovereign deployments (no SecNumCloud, no ANSSI qualification at this date. See Vision for the trajectory). Pilot operators run NixFleet on pre-production or non-critical production hosts. Production deployment to critical systems should follow a successful pilot.
04Pilot offer
Pilots are free of charge, governed by a separate written agreement (the Pilot SOW) executed between Arcanesys and the operator's legal entity. The full conditions of a pilot are detailed at /pilot and in the SOW. They override any informational content on this site.
05Liability disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, as stated in the respective MIT and AGPL licenses. Nothing on this site constitutes legal or compliance advice. Consult your qualified counsel or compliance officer for binding regulatory interpretation (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, ANSSI BP-028, etc.).
Within the limits of applicable EU consumer protection law, Arcanesys's total liability arising from informational content on this site is limited to the amount paid by the visitor (zero for the public site). Commercial relationships are governed by the relevant contracts (pilot SOW, support agreement, license agreement).

07Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the operator's registered office in France.
